Refund Policy

Due to the high costs of packaging and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns on shipped orders for buyer's remorse. We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since the shipment will need to be signed off, we would highly recommend having a drill nearby so that you can open one side of the crate and quickly inspect the top. If the top is damaged and the slip was signed, unfortunately, any repairs will be at the expense of both of us. The Woodhills by David V. will cover the cost of the damaged goods, but require you to cover the cost of freight. In order to avoid this, we will provide pictures of the table before it is packaged and picked up, but we will work with you as much as possible if any issues arise.   


Refunds

If within the 14 days of the delivery date that you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like a refund, only 65% of the order is refunded as soon as the table is returned and is in as-new condition. Any applicable fee in the purchase will not be eligible to be refunded. We will not cover any cost of freight, delivery, or shipping.

Upon return, your order will be examined and the 65% refund of the purchased price will be issue. The Woodhills by David V. has the right to to refuse returns that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse from the customer.
